Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
This policy explains what information Aniffeagency (aniffeagency.com) collects when you visit, why we collect it and what choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain language.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information. The first is information you give us directly, such as your name, email address and message when you use our contact form, or your details when you sign up for the newsletter. The second is information collected automatically when you browse, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit, the site that referred you and the time of your visit.
We don't ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't send CVs, candidate details or confidential hiring documents through our forms.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We and our service providers use them to understand how the site is used and to deliver advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may work differently if you do.
Analytics
We use, or may use, Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and see which articles are useful. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, time on page and approximate location, and it uses cookies to do so. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising
Ads on this site are delivered through Revive Adserver. The ad server may set cookies or use similar technology to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad and measure how ads perform. We don't give advertisers your contact details. Sponsored articles are labeled as sponsored.
Newsletter and contact forms
Our newsletter signup is provided by a third-party form and CRM service hosted at link.sphere-crm.com. When you submit it, the details you enter are processed by that provider so we can send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Messages sent through our contact form are used only to reply to you.
Headlines from other publishers
We show headlines from other publishers' public RSS feeds. Our own server fetches them, so loading them doesn't send your data to those publishers. If you click a headline you leave our site, and that publisher's privacy policy applies. The same is true of any other external link.
How we use information
We use information to reply to you, send the newsletter you asked for, understand and improve the site, keep it secure and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to our providers' retention settings.
Your rights
If you're in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you live in California, the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what we collect, to ask us to delete or correct it and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell personal information. To use any of these rights, contact us. We won't treat you differently for doing so.
Children
This site is written for working adults and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact page.
